Progress you can discuss

Why PEAK
Learning matters when it helps someone do something they could not do before. That is where our apprenticeships start.
PEAK Apprenticeships
PEAK Apprenticeships develops people who change how work is done. We deliver apprenticeships in the workplace across care and education, digital, and the wider portfolio, building capability on the employer's own priorities rather than in a classroom. Rated Good by Ofsted, we have developed more than 400 learners to date. Developing potential. Delivering futures.
PEAK is a Seed Skills group company. Our two divisions bring a shared approach to different kinds of work: support that is personal, learning that is practical and a clear focus on what happens next.

Start from the skills your apprentice has now. Use regular reviews to understand what they can do next and where they need support.
Take the time to understand the person, their role and what helps them learn. Build the plan from there.
Make the inspection report, support arrangements and policies easy to find. Be clear about what a programme can and cannot promise.
Achievement means being able to put learning to use. It belongs in the apprentice’s work, as well as in their qualification.
