Your next step

Start with a conversation.

You do not need to have every answer before getting in touch. We will work through the role, the right programme and the practical details with you.

  1. 01

Tell us what needs to change

Start with your team, your setting and the work you want to improve.

  2. 02

    Find the right programme

We look at roles, previous learning, support and funding together.

  3. 03

    Put learning into practice

Agree a training plan and build skills through the work itself.

Before learning begins

Get the important details clear.

The role and the starting point

We discuss the apprentice’s job, experience and previous learning. Together, we check whether the programme provides relevant new skills.

Eligibility, funding and support

PEAK confirms the applicable entry and funding requirements. There is space to discuss additional learning needs and support privately.

The training plan

The apprentice, employer and PEAK agree the learning, coaching, protected time and review arrangements. You know what is expected before you commit.

A supported start

Meet the people supporting the programme and understand the first steps, assessment arrangements and how to ask for help.

Choose your starting point

Who are you enquiring for?

Does making an enquiry commit me to anything?

No. The first conversation is to understand your needs and explain the options.

When can I start?

Start dates depend on the programme and your circumstances. PEAK will confirm availability during your enquiry.

What should I have ready?

A description of the role and the skills you want to develop is a useful starting point. We will explain any documents needed for enrolment separately.
