The AI diagnostic
Your answers are held in the page while you use it. They are not sent to PEAK unless you choose to submit an enquiry. If you do, the enquiry includes the summary shown beside the form.
Website enquiries
When enquiries are enabled, the details you choose to send are stored securely for PEAK to respond, and an email notification is sent to its designated team. Do not include sensitive information in the free-text fields.
Cookies and measurement
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Staff sign-in uses a necessary session cookie. When measurement is enabled, the site records aggregate page views and completed actions by date, page and campaign source. It does not store visitor identifiers, IP addresses or diagnostic answers in those counters. No third-party analytics runs by default.
